- Base Unit: Regularly priced at $4,500, take advantage of our pre-order specials prior to launch.
- Additional Color Packages: Enhance your CARRELLO with additional colors for a personal touch at $500 for the main unit (and get matching units that use acoustic paneling for $100 for the Aframe, Pier Collection, Dola Collection, and Spinner.)
Exclusive Color Options:
- Customize your unit with our bespoke color options, with additional colors shipped separately for that perfect match.
Flexible Payment Options:
- International clients can save 2% by paying in full via ACH/Wire.
- Secure your unit with a 50% deposit and pay the remainder prior to shipping.

Timely Delivery:
- Units are set to ship in early May, ready for dispatch via UPS or DHL in three boxes.
- Need it sooner? It is available for an additional $1,500, covering international rush shipping fees to get it 4 weeks sooner.
Assembly Made Simple:
- Assembly walkthrough videos guide you through each step for easy setup.
- Initial assembly takes 30-45 minutes, reducing to 20 minutes with familiarity. Assistance may be required for stabilizing the crown during setup.
Shipping and Storage:
- The cart arrives in three boxes, with dimensions tailored for easy transportation and storage.
- Although some parts fit into our custom bags, we recommend additional bags for stretchers, panels, and hardware.
- Designed for convenience, it fits into a Honda Fit with seats down, and the original packaging can be reused for transport.

Shipping & Returns
We are not responsible for the customer package once it has left the VL warehouse.
All in-stock orders ship in 5 - 7 business days (this does not include high volume times and is subject to change), so we cannot edit, add to, or change orders once they are placed. Please double check your shipping address and cart contents before ordering. Shipping charges are per address.
DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS?
Within 48 hours of your order, you can request a cancellation. After that, the order has already been confirmed with the shop and has already cost VL time and money on your order.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We charge 35% of each stand in your order restocking fee when a return has been approved. Due to the nature of our stands, we only accept return requests under the following circumstances:
01. The customer has contacted customer support within24 hoursof the item being delivered.
- There are ZERO expectations if the item has been sitting for months until opened. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all items within 24 hours of delivery to the customer’s delivery address.
02. The items show ZERO signs of being used at a show or event.
03. The refund will be processed within 10 business days of being shipped back to Vertical Ledge.
04. Again, Vertical Ledge charges a 35% restocking fee for any and each SKU that are returned regardless of condition.
05. All returns must be accepted by Vertical Ledge before being sent back.
06. The items are returned with a customer label. Vertical Ledge does not provide return labels or boxes.

What logistical considerations should be taken into account when using the Carrello?
The optimal method for transporting the Carrello Mobile Cart involves removing the crown and the acoustic cover before rolling it onto a trailer.
Alternatively, you can spend approximately 20-30 minutes dismantling the frame of the unit.
Pro Tip: Keep the boxes the unit came in to re-use in case of shipping this unit to a show or event out of your drive-able region.
What are the customization options for the Carrello?
We can customize the color of the unit's wood or acoustic paneling.
The base units come as they are shown and additional colors can be bought seperatly and have a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
Due to the custom nature of the unit, please allow ample time to recieve the unit and all the additional options.
